Turn on the power, wait for the system to start and complete the self-test.

According to the actual need, set the weighing mode (such as manual weighing, automatic weighing), set the target weight, up and down deviation and other parameters.

Pour the material to be weighed into the hopper to ensure that the material is uniform and free of impurities.

The load cell in the weighing hopper weighs the material and transmits the weight data to the central processing unit.

The central processing unit selects the combination of weighing hopper that reaches or is closest to the target weight according to the target weight and the upper and lower deviation.

The selected weighing hopper will discharge the material into the collecting tank, while the combination of weight qualified hopper above, the green indicator lights up.

For the empty weighing hopper replenishment, and so on the cycle of the combination, until it receives the stop command.

Working Principle
As the material is discharged from the hopper, the sensor detects the weight of the discharged material in real time and transmits the data to the data collector. The data collector converts the collected data into digital signals and then transmits them to the processor for processing. The processor calculates the total amount of leaked material according to the preset algorithm, thus realizing the accurate measurement of the material. Suitable for materials that are not easy to damage the skin, such as: potato, onion, taro, garlic, water chestnut, ginger, sweet potato and so on.
