On September 24, 2025, the "Beijing Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Equipment Observation and Exchange Event" took place in Pinggu, Beijing. As a key component of Beijing's Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival activities, the event showcased mechanized and intelligent agricultural machinery tailored to vegetable production in Beijing, as well as intelligent equipment requirements for field crops, orchards, and other sectors. The event featured multiple exchange platforms, including static displays of intelligent equipment, dynamic demonstrations of application scenarios, explanations of integrated technology models, and consultations on agricultural machinery purchase and application subsidy policies. Over 110 sets of intelligent agricultural machinery from more than 40 advanced equipment enterprises were showcased. Eight integrated technology models for mechanized and intelligent vegetable production were introduced alongside on-site interpretations of agricultural machinery subsidy policies. These facilitated precise and effective connections between advanced equipment enterprises and new agricultural entities, accelerating the adoption of intelligent agricultural machinery in Beijing.

The event took place in the morning and afternoon, with over 400 participants, including new agricultural entities from 13 city districts, as well as agricultural machinery extension technicians, in attendance. In the 4,000-square-meter static display area, over 70 intelligent agricultural machinery solutions were presented in a "menu-based" selection covering five key stages of vegetable production: tillage, sowing, cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest processing. Nearly 20 sets of intelligent agricultural machinery for field crops, orchards, and other sectors were on display to meet various industrial needs. The dynamic demonstration zone showcased the practical applications of over 20 sets of mechanized and intelligent technologies and equipment across three scenarios: open-field vegetables, soil cultivation in protected facilities, and hydroponic cultivation in protected facilities. Eight integrated technology model demonstration zones explained mechanized and intelligent production techniques for protected leafy vegetables, fruit vegetables, and strawberries, as well as comprehensive mechanization solutions for open-field crops such as spinach and carrots. These zones offered replicable "Beijing models" for various scenarios. Policy consultation desks explained subsidy criteria and application procedures to new agricultural entities, guiding them in the procurement of equipment to ensure the targeted implementation of policies.

Beijing Langke Xingye Weighing Equipment Co., Ltd. made a striking debut with its independently developed series of intelligent post-harvest packaging and weighing equipment for agricultural products. For over a hundred guests from agricultural authorities, research institutes, and agricultural cooperatives, the company vividly demonstrated how technology can efficiently and precisely improve the final stage of the agricultural products' journey from "field to fork."

The core equipment showcased by Beijing Langke offered robust solutions to current pain points in the post-harvest processing of fruits, vegetables, and other agricultural products. The combination weighing scale became the focal point of the exhibition. Upon activation, the device drew numerous spectators who paused to observe. When produce of varying weights was placed on the weighing pans, the equipment almost instantaneously completed the weighing process, processed the data, and selected the optimal combination before precisely dispensing the target weight into packaging bags. This process flowed seamlessly, surpassing traditional manual weighing in speed while maintaining an accuracy of ±0.5 grams. “This machine is brilliant!” exclaimed a cooperative manager who observed the demonstration. "When packaging potatoes, our biggest headaches are slow manual weighing, significant errors, and rising labor costs. This machine addresses both efficiency and accuracy simultaneously and handles irregularly shaped produce exceptionally well — it's truly eye-opening.” A technical engineer from Beijing Langke explained on-site: "Our Combination Scale employs advanced parallel computing algorithms. In milliseconds, it calculates the optimal combination from multiple weighing units to achieve the closest match to the target weight, thereby minimizing random errors in individual items. This significantly boosts packaging efficiency and reduces 'overweight' losses for businesses, achieving cost savings."

During the exchange, Director Wang of Beijing Langke's Sales Department remarked, "With consumption upgrades, market demand for commercialized agricultural processing is intensifying." Regions like Pinggu, which are renowned for their unique produce, face multiple post-harvest challenges—including preservation, grading, and packaging—for items such as peaches, walnuts, and apricots. Our Fully Automatic Multi-Function Horizontal Packaging Machine, Cling Film Packaging Machine can substantially enhance post-harvest processing capabilities.” He further highlighted that traditional post-harvest processing relies heavily on manual labor and suffers from inefficiencies, poor standardization, and rising labor costs. Langke's intelligent equipment enables the precise, low-damage automated handling of fragile fruits, vegetables, and irregularly shaped produce. This significantly reduces secondary contamination from human contact, safeguarding freshness and safety. Standardized, premium packaging also substantially enhances product value and market competitiveness.

The successful hosting of the “Beijing Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Equipment Observation and Exchange Event” showcased cutting-edge achievements in intelligent agricultural machinery and established an efficient platform for supply and demand matching, as well as technical exchange. This has effectively promoted the practical application of intelligent agricultural machinery in the capital's agricultural production and injected new momentum into Beijing's high-quality agricultural development.

7

Technology enterprises such as Beijing Langke have applied industrial-grade intelligent equipment technology to the agricultural sector, precisely meeting industry demands and demonstrating significant innovative capacity. Widespread adoption of these technologies is important for improving the processing of Beijing's agricultural products, addressing shortcomings in post-harvest handling, and increasing farmers' income.

This debut in Pinggu marks a significant step for Beijing Langke Intelligent Equipment as it expands its reach from the industrial sector to agriculture. Looking ahead, the company is committed to focusing more deeply on niche agricultural markets and developing customized, intelligent post-harvest processing equipment tailored to the specific needs of unique agricultural products in Beijing and the broader Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Through technological innovation, Beijing Langke Intelligent Equipment aims to contribute to a new vision of smart, digital agriculture in the capital.
