“The ice cream and frozen food sector demands exceptionally high production efficiency and hygiene standards, as well as stringent requirements for packaging aesthetics and consistency,” remarked Mr. Wang, sales director at Beijing Langke, at the event. “This visit clearly demonstrated how high-speed, high-precision dynamic Checkweighers effectively ensure product net weight compliance while reducing waste, and how automated packaging line solutions substantially enhance packaging speed and visual appeal. X-ray foreign object detectors and metal detectors serve as the ‘keen eyes’ that safeguard food safety.” These address critical pain points for our prospective clients." The negotiation session formed the focal point of the event. The Langke team engaged in multiple rounds of one-on-one discussions with equipment procurement managers and technical engineers from several ice cream and packaging machinery manufacturers specializing in the food sector. The team detailed Langke's technical strengths and proven case studies in intelligent weighing, automated packaging, and visual inspection. They also provided preliminary solution concepts that addressed specific technical queries raised by exhibitors. These included equipment stability in low-temperature environments, detection accuracy for complex product shapes, and interlinked control of diverse machinery on production lines.
