The lights are always on in the R&D laboratory of Beijing Langke. Engineers are conducting final calibration tests on precise data sets. A new high-speed, pillow-type, automatic packaging machine, as well as a high-precision, Dynamic Checkweigher, are in the final stages before market launch and are ready to make their debut.
Mr.Li, the R&D director at Beijing Langke, is a professor-level senior engineer with over two decades of experience designing packaging machinery. He stated: “All breakthroughs in core technologies stem from our commitment to independent innovation and relentless pursuit of process excellence.” The company currently holds multiple national invention patents and software copyrights.
To address stability challenges in high-speed Pillow Packaging machines, the team simulated thousands of operational conditions and conducted comprehensive optimizations of the transmission system, packaging material adaptability, and heat sealing processes. The final product achieves stable, high-speed operation exceeding 120 packages per minute and, thanks to its modular design, can flexibly accommodate various product specifications and shapes. This significantly reduces changeover time.
The new checkweigher integrates high-precision sensor technology with intelligent algorithms. The R&D team developed a dynamic signal processing system and adaptive filtering technology. This enables milligram-level detection accuracy and extremely low false rejection rates, even under high-speed production line fluctuations. These capabilities achieve industry-leading technical standards.
Strong R&D capabilities are rooted in a solid manufacturing foundation. As a source factory, Beijing Langke is conveniently located in Beijing, the capital of China, which is rich in information and has excellent transportation options. The company has multiple modern production bases across the country that cover tens of thousands of square meters. Production Manager Mr.Dang explained, “We have full in-house manufacturing capabilities for core components. This is essential for ensuring product consistency and reliability. It is also the basis for our ability to quickly respond to customized customer requests.” The workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art, precision manufacturing equipment, including large CNC machining centers and laser cutters to ensure the accuracy and quality of critical component processing.
